Our Journey Getting Here

We have some exciting and life-changing news!!! We have finally embarked on the full-time RV living. This has been a long time coming, and we couldn’t be more excited to live this dream in real life finally.

In 2019, we bought a bus to convert into a Skoolie, excited by the prospect of constructing our home on wheels. We loved the idea of pouring our hearts into the walls of our house on the road. While gutting the bus, the bus became a sanctuary for profound emotional healing. Each bus seat removed, along with the flooring, ceiling, light fixtures, and electrical components, and every spark from grinding down rusted nails, represented a sense of deep healing for us individually and together.

While gutting the bus to the bare bones, Jenn began her journey as a Shamanic practitioner; this path opened up a heartfelt living space. As the magic of committing to a new way of life opened, it kicked our butt. Everything in life hindering or anchoring us down, keeping us in old patterns, was painfully brought to a close. During that time, not only did the world shut down in 2020, but the foundation of our life came to a grinding halt. We were being called to regroup repeatedly.

Amid the crumbling, our relationship grew stronger as we learned to rely on each other. Amidst the rubble, a new foundation was being built. Over the past four years since then, we have experienced many more shifts, crumbles, and rebuilding.

Through Jenn’s mediumship readings and the medicine path, we are continually reminded of how unique this life is. We are not here forever and never know what tomorrow will hold. But there is one thing we have control over how we choose to live and thrive instead of surviving in this human experience. We have decided to finally listen to the call of our hearts and take the plunge to live on the road.

Why we have been called to live on the road:

  • Freedom to travel and explore: We have spent time in many states. Honestly, each state feels like a country in and of itself. There are unique cultures, customs, and places to explore in every single state. We cannot wait to embrace each state and the exceptional beauty it has to offer.
  • Chasing sunny days: Neither of us enjoys the cold, snowy months in Utah, so we have decided to chase the weather that makes us feel alive. There is nothing better than sunshine and natural vitamin D.
  • Living out of the norm: At our core, we are renegades. We were swallowed up by consumerism and the endless rat race, buying unnecessary junk to keep up with the latest trends and endlessly filling space. None of this indeed fueled our souls, and it drained our bank accounts. The energetic exchange didn’t feel balanced, so we changed that.
  • Reconnecting to the cycles of Mother Earth: Society has been set up to keep us disconnected from what truly matters most—our soul’s connection to life itself. Living on the road gives us the opportunity to spend more time outside, reconnecting with the natural, slow cycles of living. It allows us to listen to the call of the land, guiding us to where we need to be and why we are meant to be there.

All of our experiences have led us to this moment. Each time we move to a new location, our physical home and foundation undergo a mini earthquake. With each new destination, we face the adventure of fixing what has shifted, working together to stabilize, thrive, and explore new parts of this beautiful planet we call home. We would love to invite you on our journey of more profound self-discovery as we change how we live and interact with life.
